At PrimeBird VPN, privacy is not merely a feature—it is the fundamental cornerstone of our service. This Privacy Policy details our uncompromising Zero-Log architecture, what limited information is required to activate your account, and how your rights are safeguarded under UK and European privacy laws.
1. Our Strict Zero-Log Policy
We operate under a rigorous, independently verified Zero-Log policy. When connected to our VPN servers:
- No Browsing History: We do not track, record, or store the websites you visit or the services you access.
- No Traffic Logs: We do not inspect, log, or analyze the contents of your encrypted data packets.
- No IP Address Logs: We never log your originating IP address or the external IP address assigned to you.
- No Connection Timestamps: We do not record session start times, disconnect times, or total session durations.
- No DNS Query Logs: All DNS lookups are resolved privately on our encrypted DNS servers without logging.
2. Information We Collect and Process
To provide and maintain your VPN subscription, we collect only the minimal information strictly necessary:
- Email Address: Required to generate and transmit your VPN credentials, server configuration keys, and account status notifications.
- Payment Verification Data: For Bank Transfers, we view the reference note or sender name to match your payment. For static Crypto transactions, we verify the public blockchain transaction hash (TXID) to confirm fund receipt. We never collect or hold banking card numbers or private cryptographic wallet keys.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)
We process the minimal data listed above on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a Contract: To provision your VPN service, send setup instructions, and manage your chosen plan.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations: To adhere to basic tax, accounting, and anti-fraud regulations applicable in the United Kingdom.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Operational credentials remain active for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation or expiry of your account, you may request permanent deletion of your email and associated record from our authentication database at any time.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Under the UK GDPR and European data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data held by us. You also have the right to lodge an inquiry with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.
