Welcome to PrimeBird VPN. By purchasing a subscription, downloading our software, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

1. Description of Service

PrimeBird provides virtual private network (VPN) encrypted transit, data protection, and secure server routing. The service is provided across designated plans (such as 1 Month Starter, 1 Month Pro, 3 Months Standard, 3 Months Pro Plus, 6 Months Semi-Annual, 1 Year Annual Saver, and 2 Years + 3 Months Ultimate).

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use PrimeBird solely for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to:

• Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, port scanning, or denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Distribute malicious software, spyware, viruses, or phishing campaigns.
• Transmit or access unlawful material, child exploitation material, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent legal restrictions for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without eligibility for refund.

3. Payment, Subscriptions & Pricing

All subscription fees are denominated in Euros (€) or equivalent static cryptocurrency values. We accept direct European SEPA/Bank Wire transfers and static cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin BTC, USDT TRC20, and Ethereum ETH). You are responsible for ensuring that the exact required amount and reference code are transmitted.

4. Account Credentials & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PrimeBird VPN login credentials and account keys. Each account permits up to 10 simultaneous device connections unless otherwise specified in your package terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PrimeBird provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific transmission speeds, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Kingdom, Andreas Charalambous / PrimeBird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
